Anthony C. Larkin
Anthony C. Larkin joined the Board of Ausmelt in June 2003. Until January 2002 Mr Larkin was Executive Director Finance of Orica Limited with a diverse range of corporate and business responsibilities. He previously held the position of Group Treasurer with BHP Limited. His career with BHP included senior finance positions in the steel and minerals businesses and corporate finance, including Chief Finance Officer of the International Minerals business. From 1993 to 1997 Mr Larkin was Senior Vice President Finance and Investor Relations for Fosters Brewing Group. Mr Larkin has extensive business experience at Board level with four public companies and has served as Chairman of three companies including the publicly listed Incitec Limited. He is currently a Director of Incitec Pivot Limited, a Commissioner with the Victorian Essential Services Commission and serves on the Advisory Board of Pasminco Resources Limited. Mr Larkin also chairs the Company's Remuneration Committee." [1]
