Anne Emmett

Anne Emmett "is an independent consultant specializing in non-profit sector development and developmental funding practices for donors. Her experience in the development sector since 1985 have been intersp ersed with engagements in the public and corporate sectors, as well as with corporate and family foundations.

"Ms. Emmett’s many clients have included the Ackerman family’s philanthropic foundations, the Department of Social Development (Western Cape), and Parmalat South Africa.

"Ms. Emmett has also served on the boards of Educo Africa, the WHEAT Trust, and the Southern African Grantmakers Association. Currently, she sits on the board of directors of Communicare and the Synergos Institute Southern Africa."
