Biographical Information

"Anna joined EveryChild in 2004 having spent nearly 20 years as a communications professional working mainly on international development, including heading up the communications department at Oxfam and chairing the board at ActionAid UK. Anna lead an inter-agency millennium project with Channel 4 which linked artists, schools, musicians along the Greenwich 0 degrees meridian line celebrating the lives of people from Timbuktu to Aberdeen. Following the "On the Line" project, Anna joined the Association for London Government as Director of Communications and Public Affairs working with London's 33 authorities on child protection measures following the Victoria Climbie case, and the introduction of the Every Child Matters legislation.

"Anna was Chair of BOND - the UK's broadest network of voluntary organisations working in international development with over 300 member organizations - until November 2011 having served six years on the board." [1]
