Anhui Huainan Panji Waste Coal power station is a proposed 2 x 350 MW coal plant, sponsored by Huainan Mining Group.[1] Some news sources refer to is as a second phase of the Pansan power station in Anhui. The project is not listed in the Anhui province's 13th 5-year energy plan.
