"I have been developing as a healer since 1988 following my mothers death from Ovarian cancer. In 1995 my youngest son Sam was diagnosed with leukemia and passed away in 1998 aged 10. I have since felt very motivated to spread the knowledge that healing is a very beneficial tool when used alongside conventional medicine.

"I was employed by University College London Hospital (UCLH) as a healer/ manager working with cancer patients for 12 years. Over the years I have spoken at many medical and holistic conferences, at home and abroad and in August 2004 my first book 'The NHS Healer' was published (available via the Guild of Professional Healers Shop).

"It has been a privilege to help so many people within the NHS setting and now, with Sam’s Charity established, to be able to provide support and funds to other cancer centres to employ the services of healers to work alongside allopathic medicine." [1]
