She was appointed to the Board of IDRC in June 2005. "She is currently serving her first term, which will expire in June 2009. She is based in Trinidad and Tobago. Other positions she has held include: Co-Chair to the Assessment Panel of the Millenium Ecosystem Assessment; and Chair-elect of the Board of Trustees of the Centre for International Forestry Research (CIFOR).[1]
