"Andy Rubin is chief executive of Pentland Brands plc which owns or operates under license Speedo, Kickers, Mitre, Berghaus, Red or Dead, Brasher Boot, KangaROOS, Ellesse, Lacoste (footwear) and Ted Baker (footwear). He is a director of several charities." [1]

"Andy read Law at Trinity College, Cambridge University and received an MBA from Harvard Business School.

"Andy is a member of the Executive Committee and Board of the World Federation of the Sporting Goods Industry. He is an Honorary Professor at the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Development at Lancaster University Management School and on their Advisory Board. He is on the Advisory Panel for Warwick Business School’s MSc in Marketing & Strategy and the Vice-Chancellor’s Advisory Board on Communications at the University of Cambridge."[2]
