Biographical Information

"He is a Candidate of Political Sciences, the Director of the relevant research "Alternative". He is an NGOs and youth policy specialist. He has worked in organizations such as the “Center for Democracy”, the non-governmental research association “the Institute for Democracy”, the public foundation "Transparency Kazakhstan" and the Institute of National Studies. In 2000, he headed the Political Analysis Department at the Central Asian Agency of Political Research and was a Laureate of "The Journalists of the XXIst century" competition and the journalists contest, "Proud of the past, shaping the future"."
