Biographical Information
"Andrew Walker is a finance professional with over 25 years of senior management experience. He was Group Financial Controller of the Rugby Group PLC from 1995 to 2000, and an Executive Board member from 1997.
"From 1993 to 1995 he was Finance Director for APV Refrigeration & Freezer Division, and from 1991 to 1993 he was Finance Director for APV Vent-Axia Industrial Division. From 1990 to 1991 he was Group Chief Accountant for APV plc. Before joining APV plc, Andrew worked for Price Waterhouse from 1981 to 1990. Andrew has a BCom (Honors) degree in Accounting from the University of Birmingham and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. He was appointed Finance Director of Intercede on 11 September 2000." [1]
