Biography
Mr. Sivak is an Expert on Risk Analysis and he gave a deposition on two different dates (2/28/91 and 3/1/91) that was 290 pgs with 9 exhibits for the Cipollone v. Liggett, et al case. (PMI's Revised Initial Disclosure, June 27, 1996)
