Biographical Information

" Mr. Audet was formerly a Vice-President at BMO Nesbitt Burns specializing in private portfolios and mining investments from 1989-1999; he was also a Financial Advisor at Midland Doherty and Royal Trust from 1987-1989. Mr. Audet graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Major in Finance) from the University of Ottawa in 1982. Mr. Audet is a Certified Investment Manager (CIM) and possesses more than twenty years of experience in the financing of public companies. Mr. Audet was one of the founders of Orezone Resources Inc., a mining company whose shares are publicly traded on the TSX as well as on AMEX. Mr. Audet is the Chairman of the Board of Majescor Resources Inc. & Adventure Gold Inc. as well as a Director of Mazorro Resources Inc., three publicly-traded junior mining exploration companies. Mr. Audet is also a Director of Pediment Exploration Inc., a publicly-traded mining exploration company."
