Americans for Supreme Court Safety and Integrity (ASCSI) is a Sacramento-based American judicial corruption watchdog group that is urging the U.S. House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform to review the safety and integrity of the U.S. Supreme Court following its ruling in Citizens United v. The Federal Election Commission (No 08-205).
Members of ASCSI request that the Committee review procedures for oversight into reasonable avenues of unlawful coercion of Supreme Court justices and current protective service detail, and protocols used to safeguard Supreme Court judges and their extended family. The group also recommends that 1) Congress enact constitutionally viable laws that limit spending on U.S. elections by domestic collectives, and 2) eliminate spending on U.S. elections by international or multinational collectives, or by concerns partly or wholly owned by foreign governments.[1][2]
