America's Agenda: Health Care for All is a Washington, D.C.-based 501(c)(4) organization that lobbies on health care issues. Its mission, as stated on its Facebook page is to "provide state-of-the-art strategic support, including cutting-edge campaign communications, that initiatives for real health care reform need to WIN!" National Public Radio described it as a "union-pharmaceutical coalition." Its subsidiary, "America's Agenda: Health Care for Kids" is almost entirely funded by the pharmaceutical industry, and PhRMA funneled over $10 million to the group to promote Democrats who voted in favor of the 2008 SCHIP legislation to insure kids.[1][2] The group's executive director is Mark D. Blum. Former House Majority Leader Dick Gephardt and Tommy Thompson are on the group's Board of Directors.
