Biographical Information
"Alma has teaching experience in higher education and practical experience in international organizations such as USAID, the Soros Foundation-Kazakhstan, the Eurasia Foundation. She is an international expert in education and project management, and has participated in research projects at the Asian Development Bank, USAID, UNDP, the Institute of International Education/ Division of Energy and the Environment, etc. She has published over 20 publications in Kazakhstani and foreign publications. She is a Fulbright and IREX scholar."[1]
