Biography
Vice Director, R&D Research, Philip Morris EEC Region. Reported to Dr. Manuel Bourlas, Director of R&D. Replaced Dr. Walter Fink, who was due for retirement at the beginning of 1993. Dr. Allen Kassman joined Philip Morris USA in 1972 as Product Engineer and held various positions in R&D at PM's Richmond, Virginia headquarters, including Principal Scientist and Manager of Physical Research. He was transferred to R&D in Neuchatel, Switzerland in August 1990 and was a Project Leader for Filter Innovation. Prior to this he worked for Philip Morris Research Center at Box 26583, Richmond, Virginia 23261 in 1975. [Butler 2021648905-13, (P.O.)]
