Alix Boucher

"Alix Boucher is a Research Associate with the Future of Peace Operations project at the Henry L. Stimson Center. Her research focuses on strengthening the rule or law in post- conflict societies, with an emphasis on combating spoiler networks, improving the UN’s ability to monitor these networks, and tracking policy. Before joining the Stimson Center, Ms. Boucher taught French at the State Department’s Foreign Service Institute and researched stability and reconstruction operations for the National Defense University."
