Alexander Dmitriyevich Zhukov (Russian: Алекса́ндр Дми́триевич Жу́ков; born 1 June 1956)[1] is a Russian economist and politician. Zhukov was a member of the State Duma from 1994 to 2004. He is the First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly. Zhukov is an alumnus of Harvard Business School. wiki Zhukov, the father of Roman Abramovich’s wife, Dasha, was linked to a network of offshore companies by the Panama Papers. "The Panama Papers show that the oligarch is linked to a complex network of offshore firms dating back to the 1990s. They include the Sintez Corporation, which appears to be linked to Zhukov’s Sintez (UK) Ltd and Odessa-based oil company Eureast International SA... By 2009, Zhukov and the Ukrainian oligarchs Igor Kolomoisky and Gennady Bogolyubov were embroiled in a bitter battle for control of JKX, an oil and gas company listed on the London Stock Exchange. JKX is one of the biggest non-state-owned oil producers in Ukraine. Zhukov bought an 11.5% stake in the company through his BVI-registered investment vehicle Glengary Overseas Ltd. It was claimed that he had teamed up with Kolomoisky and Bogolyubov to seize control of JKX. In 2013, a dispute with the then board of JKX spilled over into the high court."
