Biographical Information

"Al’adin has extensive experience in the voluntary and private sectors. In addition to being Chair of EMF Al’adin has served as a non-executive director of NHS Ealing, a co-opted governor of University of West London, Chair of the Council of Ethnic Minority Voluntary Sector Organisations, a trustee of NARCO – UK’s leading criminal justice and crime reduction organisation, a member of the London Regional Committee of the Community Fund, a member of the Ealing adoption Panel, and as a school governor of 2 Ealing schools.

"Al’adin started his career at Unilever subsidiary Birds Eye Foods, followed by spells at Associated Biscuits manufacturers’ Limited and GE of America. Subsequently he was CEO of GMS, one of the first microcomputer based corporate decision support consultancies in the UK. In the late 90’s he set up and ran a successful technology and skill transfer company in East Africa. He has also been a non executive director of Consort and Interchange Hotels Limited."[1]
