Biographical Information
"Mr. Adrian Rawcliffe has been the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Business Development for Research and Development at GlaxoSmithKline Plc. since December 19, 2006. Most recently, Mr. Rawcliffe was a Managing Partner at SR One Ltd. Mr. Rawcliffe joined GlaxoSmithKline PLC in June 1, 2005 and served as it's Vice President of Transactions and Ventures Group since 2003 and also the Vice President of Genetics and Discovery Deal Structuring. Mr. Rawcliffe also worked with Coopers & Lybrand. He serves as a Director at The Pennsylvania Biotechnology Association. He serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Morphotek, Inc. and Altiris Therapeutics, Inc. and a Board Observer at AlgoRx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Mr. Rawcliffe received a B.Sc. in Natural Sciences (Biochemistry) from University of Durham in England." [1]
