The Adaptation Fund Board is the "operating entity" of the Adaptation Fund, which finances "concrete adaptation projects and programmes in developing countries that are Parties to the Kyoto Protocol."[1]
The board of the fund meets twice a year and is comprised of 16 members and their alternates.
