Abdul Hameed Nayyar

Abdul Hameed Nayyar "taught at Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, for over 30 years, and retired in 2005. He is now a Visiting Fellow at the Sustainable Development Policy Institute, Islamabad, where he looks after policy research work in the areas of education and energy. He spends summer months as a visiting researcher at the Program on Science and Global Security of the Woodrow Wilson School, Princeton University, NJ, where he works in the area of fissile materials and nuclear disarmament. He is a member of the International Panel on Fissile Materials. He is also active in the peace movement. He is the current president of Pakistan Peace Coalition, and is on the Global Council of Abolition Now." [1]
