AGRA Watch is a project of the organization Community Alliance for Global Justice that follows and critiques the organization Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA).[1] In their own words:
- "AGRA Watch supports African initiatives and programs that foster farmers’ self-determination and food sovereignty. AGRA Watch also supports public engagement in fighting genetic engineering and exploitative agricultural policies, and demands transparency and accountability on the part of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) and AGRA."[2]
