A. Dana Callow
Dana Callow "is Managing General Partner of Boston Millennia Partners, a private equity investment partnership managing $750 million of capital focused on early stage technology companies. Prior to founding Boston Millennia Partners, Mr. Callow founded Boston Capital Ventures in 1982. Before that, he worked as a Senior Consultant at Braxton Associates, an international strategic planning firm that was formed by professionals from Boston Consulting Group and Bain & Co. He assisted Fortune 100 companies in strategic planning and implementing merger and acquisition strategies.
"Mr. Callow currently is, or has served, as a Director of a number of public and private companies in the healthcare and telecommunications industries, including PAREXEL International Corporation, ILEX Oncology, Inc., and PHT Technologies, Inc. Other investment responsibilities include Verio, Inc., iVillage, Inc., HotJobs Inc., and VIA NET.WORKS, Inc. He is a Director of Jobs for Massachusetts, a Massachusetts based non-profit organization comprised of business and political leaders including the Governor and Congressional leaders.
"Mr. Callow earned a B.A. magna cum laude from Tufts University in 1974 and an M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College in 1979. He has chaired several Tufts class reunions and is a member of the Boston Tufts Alliance and the Tufts Club. He was elected to the Tufts Board of Trustees in 2002 and currently chairs the Investment Committee. He also serves on the Administration and Finance Committee and the Board of Overseers for the School of Medicine." [1]
