Kosova e Re power station is a proposed lignite-fired power station in Kosovo.[1]

Location

The map below shows the approximate location of the coal plant near to the existing Kosovo B power plant.

Background

In June 2018 ContourGlobal invited tenders for construction,[2] but separately the Energy Community alleged distortions of state aid rules.[3]
