Sean Noble

Sean Noble is a former Congressional Aid and GOP consultant who entered the nonprofit world in 2009 becoming the Executive Director/President of Center to Protect Patient Rights, a "dark money" 501(c)4 linked to the 2011 largest campaign finance money laundering scheme in California.[1]
