Dr Tim Evans is the President and Director General the Centre for the New Europe.

In the late 1980s, Tim was the Assistant Director of the Foundation for Defence Studies and a policy researcher at the Adam Smith Institute. In 1991 he was appointed as the Chief Economic and Political Adviser to the Slovak Prime Minister, and was Head of the Prime Minister's Policy Unit. Before becoming President of the Centre for the New Europe, he was Executive Director of Public Affairs at the Independent Healthcare Association in London, between 1993 and early 2002. [1]
