The International Campaign for Tibet (ICT) was founded in 1988 and is a non-profit membership organization with offices in Washington, DC; Amsterdam, Berlin and Brussels. They "fundamentally believe that there must be a political solution based on direct dialogue between the Dalai Lama and his representatives and the People's Republic of China."
"ICT has a 17-year record of achievement advancing the Tibetan cause - and the vision and leadership of the Dalai Lama - in the halls of Congress and in international forums." [1]
