David R. Brown M.D. of Oklahoma, orthopedic surgeon, serves on governing boards for the Heritage Foundation, the Samuel Roberts Noble Foundation, theOklahoma Council of Public Affairs and several nonprofit organizations, and has been a Heritage Foundation trustee since 1978.[1]
He was listed as an attendee at the June 2010 Koch network strategy retreat in Aspen CO.
