Marta Andreasen (born 1954, Buenos Aires) is a UKIP MEP. She is an accountant by trade who formerly blew the whistle on EU accounting practices , she is a former treasurer of UKIP.[1] In February 2013 Andreasen defected to the tories [2]
Andreasen was born in Argentina, is a spanish national and lives in Barcelona. UKIP is primarily an anti-foreigner party and waived it's own rules to allow Andreasen to stand[3]
