David T. C. Davies is a British MP. He is the member for Monmouth. He is a climate sceptic. He also appears to deny the Greenhouse Effect when he stated in Parliament "It is not proven, that the carbon dioxide that has gone into the atmosphere is responsible for the relatively small amount of warming that has taken place since industrialisation." [1]
He is also a part time police constable.
In September 2014 he asked a Parliamentary question suggesting there were allegations of fraud in the scientific paper Cook et al.
