30 May 2014: "Formation Group PLC (AIM: FRM) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr William Mary Gerard O'Dea as a Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, with immediate effect.
"Mr O'Dea, 61, was a director of Union Jack Oil plc until 30 July 2013. He is an Irish Fianna Fáil politician and a Teachta Dála for the Limerick City constituency. He served as the Minister for Defence from September 2004 until 18 February 2010." [1]
