Admiral William J. Crowe, Jr. (U.S. Navy, Retired) is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations' Task Force on Emergency Responders, a "follow-on to the Council's highly acclaimed Hart-Rudman Task Force on Homeland Security, which made concrete recommendations in February 2001 on defending the country against a terrorist attack."
He is a member of the Task Force on US Korea Policy.
