User talk:Peter Bottomley
Dear Mr. Bottomley,
Welcome to SourceWatch and thanks for registering as a user under what I presume is your own name. We do ask people to user their own names, when they are editing articles about themselves or companies or groups they're involved with.
However, in reviewing the changes you made to the Peter Bottomley and Virginia Bottomley articles, it looks like you have removed information that is legitimately of interest, for example, the list of parliamentary groups you are a part of. Therefore, I will restore that information.
We ask any SourceWatch user who removes information to fully describe why they are doing so on the article's "discussion" page; for example, is it out of date, incorrect, etc. Please see SourceWatch:Contributing and other help pages for more on the website policies.

Thanks for your interest. You may know the UK parliamentary all party group system and the registers of members' interests: the changes and deletions I proposed were not to disguise anything. The all party groupos are pretty arbtrary and can mislead but I do not care to try to help twice. The members' interest are a. out of date and b. superseded - but again, it does not bother me at all: just tryi ng to make life more significant for readers.
