Dear ESI, welcome to SourceWatch. A few pointers:

1. You already created an article on Executive Solutions International back in October, which was then edited by Bob Burton to conform to SourceWatch standards (diff). Simply recreating the article under a slightly different name, as you have just done, is not appropriate behaviour.
2. The tone of your article, and your username, suggest that you represent ESI. SourceWatch users are not encouraged to edit articles about themselves or organisations they represent.
3. Your refusal to provide meaningful edit summaries, despite being clearly asked by the system to do so, shows a lack of courtesy to other contributors. How does the single character "1" help others understand the nature of your edits?
