Charles Tolbert is an attorney in New York specializing in intellectual property and is a Vice President of the Grand Street Settlement, a comprehensive community center on New York's Lower East Side that provides day care, tutoring, and outreach to senior citizens, among other services. Mr. Tolbert’s career has concentrated on television, film, and the design business and prior to starting his own firm, he handled international rights and technology matters for Pearson. He is a graduate of American University, Pepperdine University, and the Sorbonne.
