Timothy R. Scully "is Professor of Government and International Studies at the University of Notre Dame, having direct responsibility for Notre Dame’s finances, business, and human resources operations, and campus construction. He was ordained a Holy Cross priest and served as associate pastor of Cristo Nuestro Redentor parish in Santiago, Chile. He is a member of the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars." [1]
