Thomas M. Wade, Jr. was Assistant Vice President of Production at Brown & Williamson RD&E 1952-53) and was Vice President of Production from 1953-58. Wade has knowledge of research and development and the operations of Brown & Williamson; the difficulty of cooperative research in the United States; inhalation tests; short-term toxicity testing; The Fate of Nicotine in the Body; Project Hippo; and the Southampton Research Conference.
