Thomas G. Labrecque, Jr.
Thomas G. Labrecque, Jr., is a Managing Director of Perseus. Prior to joining Perseus, Mr. Labrecque was a Director at Alvarez & Marsal, a pre-eminent turnarounds and workouts consulting firm. At A&M, he assumed the roles of COO, CFO and VP of Business Development for troubled companies in the telecommunications and manufacturing sectors. Mr. Labrecque directed corporate reorganizations, cost reduction initiatives, re-engineered operations, and improved customer profitability in several workout scenarios.
In addition to expertise in turnarounds and workouts, Mr. Labrecque has extensive experience in the high technology, healthcare and transportation industries.
Mr. Labrecque received a B.S. in Avionics Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and an M.B.A. from the Darden Graduate Business School at the University of Virginia.
