Moe spoke at the American Legislative Exchange Council's Workshop, "21st Century Learning: Using Technology to Nurture Minds, Save Taxpayers Money, and Build Globally Competitive Leaders" at the States and Nation Policy Summit in Washington, D.C. on December 3, 2009.
