Biographical Information
"Mr. Caster was the Founder and Charter president of the Stadium Optimist Club. He was also the Founder and President of the Stadium Toastmaster Club. In 1984 Mr. Caster helped organize the Mission Valley East Rotary Club and is a charter member. In 1993 Mr. Caster received Rotary International's highest honor, the "Service Above Self" award for his ongoing work in Mexico with Mother Teresa's order (Missionaries of Charity). Mr. Caster is a member of the Council of Foundations.
"In October of 1982, Mr. and Mrs. Caster formed Serving Hands International, a public, non-profit, 501c(3) corporation. Serving Hands International serves people in need around the world by restoring people to self-sufficiency, dignity, and hope. Serving Hands works through Christian organizations to provide food, clothing, shelter, medicine, education, and spiritual support. "[1]
