Helen Langan

The case of Helen Langan is a bit nuanced: the NPR article does indicate she supports Clinton, but the level of support appears to be up for interpretation. I read the article showing Langan endorsing Clinton as a voter, but in her role as a superdelegate she seems to be a populist: she’ll wait to see what voters nationwide decide. For now, we decided her support is soft enough to warrant an "undeclared" designation.
