Involvement in Wisconsin Anti-Union Act 10

In February 2011, the New York Times reported that Phillips' Americans for Prosperity was involved in pushing for newly elected Gov. Scott Walkers's proposed bill "cutting state spending by slashing union benefits and bargaining rights." According to the Times:

"Even before the new governor was sworn in last month, executives from the Koch-backed group had worked behind the scenes to try to encourage a union showdown, Mr. Phillips said in an interview on Monday."[1]
