A BuzzFlash reader notes [1] that "as National Security Adviser, she [Condi Rice] is automatically exempt from ever having to answer to Congress, for anything." She then, actually her position, and in this case the Iraq Stabilization Group, will not be accountable to anyone for the billions of dollars it disperses in "rebuilding efforts".
