Created the category under lists of lists for the advertising industry to house Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide and Zenith Media Services. Two reasons: 1) there are important differences between PR and advertising industries - which are important to stress - so it is worth having separate categories for them - especially as many of the larger PR companies are owned by advertising companies. 2)As an illustration Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide is an advertising company which has as one of its units Ogilvy PR - to avoid creating name confusion better to have them in separate categories.
