Talk:Will Griffith
I couldn't find any indication -- including on the Virginia elections board website -- that Will Griffith had actually run for Congress in 2008. Moreover, the only reference for this article is a defunct website. Therefore, I'm moving the text here, and unless actual references are added, the article will be removed as unsupported and unverifiable. -- Diane Farsetta 16:47, 10 July 2009 (EDT)

Will Griffith was an Independent candidate in the 2008 congressional elections for the 7th Congressional District (map) of Virginia. He ran as an Independent to challenge incumbent Rep. Eric Cantor (R-Va.).
As an Independent voice for the American voter, Will Griffith endorsed Eric Cantor and then continued to call for Americans to be strong in the War on Terror. 'As Ronald Reagan told us some years ago', said Griffith, 'The future does not belong to the faint-hearted...it belongs to the brave'. Griffith believes that the War on Terror is the most fundamental issue facing the next century of American history in the making, and calls President George Walker Bush a 'visionary' on the issue of dealing with Islamic radicals.

2008 elections
Griffith ran as an Independent to challenge Rep. Eric Cantor (R-Va.) in the 2008 congressional elections.[2][1] WILL GRIFFITH delivered a speech on the U.S. economy and defended President Bush. He also has endorsed Eric Cantor for reelection to the United States Congress. To hear a repeat of Will Griffith speech you can go to www.myspace.com/griffith4humanity
WILL GRIFFITH has endorsed congressman Eric Cantor for reelection saying: 'The loyalty of service and his care for the country has made him the best candidate for Congress". Griffith, 41, also announced that he would support Senator John McCain for the Presidency of the United States. He is working on a a variety of broadcasting projects and has said he will work on a new film about Ronald Reagan. The film, DUTCH: The Life and Legacy of Ronald Reagan is currently in development. Griffith gave two speeches in defense of the Bush Administration and in endorsing Sen. John McCain. You can find them on Youtube or by going directly to www.youtube.com/user/netcityradio. Will Griffith endorsed Congressman Eric Cantor because the Congressman has been a loyal supporter of America, the War on Terror and has supported the research of the PHRAMA Companies who have spent their own money to allow our children to swim in public lakes and in the parks of our great country. Will Griffith was once a critic of the PHARMA companies, but investigated how much they actually do to protect American lives and allow our children a better future. Griffith is an adamant opponent of using PHARMA to cure all of our ills. But in the words of Will Griffith: 'When PHARMA can come up with a pill that cures our country of congressional malpractice, then I'll support them 100%". Griffith has not ruled out a future run from California, where he raises his family. He divides his time between Los Angeles and washington.
