Talk:Voter suppression

In our categorization, I think we should distinguish between legal forms of voter suppression (that is, measures that are "on the books" even if they are unfair) and illegal forms. There may be room for one category in between: measures that are legal but eventually judged unconstitutional. Note that the dKosopedia "Election fraud" page ( http://www.dkosopedia.com/wiki/Election_fraud ) contains a hierarchy of illegal forms.
