A few notes:

• there was a slab of text originally from www.viewfromthewall.com/18carnegia.htm - I couldnlt get the link to work but from the text extract couldn't see that material on the Carnegia Endowment for International Peace worked on this page;
• the link for Robert Stacy McCain, Greens use Jesus to drive home a point, The Washington Times, November 29, 2002 wouldn't work either
• I have had a first cut at putting in context the critics of the Temple eg ECO.
