I'm fairly certain that its a policy not to include wholesale any other article from any other website, and rather to merely link to it. Otherwise you run into possible copyright issues.

Thanks for picking that one up -- I'm guessing it was added in good faith by someone not knowing what our policies are so I have put the links to the D policy below but as you note wholesale reproduction of a copyright article is not appropriate.
