Legal counsel for Rapid Air is Douglas R. Thomas, a bankruptcy lawyer who shares an office with Leslie Silverman and Gregory R. Caruso. "Thomas lent his address for Rapid 'Trans' and 'Transport' as well as" Aviation Specialties Inc. "Thomas registered 'Trans' with the state for a time, 'Transport' not at all. He was disbarred in 2000." [1]
