I'm not sure whether Jim Morrell is in fact with QGA -- aside from the article in The Hill in May 2003 I can't find any reference of him with the company and he doesn't appear in the staff list on the company website. He could either have left or be working as a consultant (hence not on their staff list) -- any other leads? -- bob
